We have health and genetic testing done on each of our dogs,  regardless if they are going to be part of our breeding program or not. Testing is imperative due to merle being possible with Feist. With merle not always presenting visually,  we take the utmost care to prevent a merle/merle breeding. 

We are working extensively with our veterinarian to do all appropriate health checks,  prior to breeding and during our dam's pregnancy, to ensure the health and safety of our dogs. 

We only offer Mountain Feist at this time. We will be working to add Treeing Feist in the near future.

Mountain Feist are absolutely great family dogs. They have been bred for hunting, but many hunters have Feist as hunting partners as well as home companions.
